Introduction to the main structure and characteristics of kneader

Kneader is widely used in high viscosity sealant, silicone rubber, neutral acid glass glue, gum, bubble gum, pulp, cellulose, battery, ink, pigment, dye, medicine, resin, plastic, rubber, cosmetics and other industries. It is an ideal equipment with high performance for mixing, kneading and polymerization of high viscosity materials or ultra-high viscosity materials.

Main structure of kneader:

Kneader is mainly composed of kneading part, base part, hydraulic system, transmission system, vacuum system and electric control system. The kneading part is composed of cylinder block, slurry shaft, wallboard, cylinder head, etc.

The hydraulic system of kneader is controlled by one hydraulic station with two small oil cylinders and two large oil cylinders to complete the functions of opening and closing the large cover and turning over the mixing cylinder. The design pressure of the system is 7.0Mpa. The electric control system has manual and automatic electric control systems, which are arbitrarily selected and required by users, and the operation is convenient and reliable.

Kneader features:

1. The kneader produces strong shear, extrusion and stirring effects by two Z-shaped blades with different speeds, so as to quickly mix the viscous materials evenly.

2. The kneader can be made into ordinary type, pressure type, vacuum box type, etc.

3. The temperature regulation mode of kneader adopts heat transfer oil heating, steam, water cooling and other methods.

4. The discharge methods of kneader include hydraulic cylinder dumping, bottom ball valve discharge, screw extrusion, etc.
